On Saturday, September 24, the 25th annual Manhattan Short Film Festival returns to The Palace for an eye-popping night of independent films from around the world!
MANHATTAN SHORT is not a touring Festival… it’s a celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe, bringing great films to great venues and allowing the audiences to select their favorites.
The festival is a showcase for new voices and perspectives. The 10 finalists featured in this year’s festival were selected from 868 entries from 70 countries. These films will screen in over 400 cities across six continents during a one-week period. The judges of these films are you, the audience. On entry into The Palace you will be handed a ballot card that allows you to vote for the BEST SHORT FILM and BEST ACTOR. Votes will be sent to Manhattan Short’s headquarters and the winner will be announced on Monday October 3rd. THE DIRECTORS AND ACTORS ANXIOUSLY AWAIT YOUR DECISION.
