Q: Does the theatre have a parking lot?
A: During our shows and events, we offer free parking in our lot on Keeler Street, located behind the theatre. The parking lot address for GPS is: 23 Keeler Street, Danbury, CT. Look for PALACE PARKING signs to be sure you are in the correct lot. Click here to view map
Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets may be purchased on our website 24 hours a day. If you prefer to buy them by telephone, please call our box office at (203) 794-9944 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily. There may be times when our box office staff is assisting other customers and cannot take your call. Please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. On the day of the show, the box office will open one hour before showtime for walkup ticket sales and last-minute purchases if available.
Q: How do I receive my tickets?
A: You will receive your tickets via email. Please print your tickets with the QR Code or have them available on your smartphone upon arrival.
Q: What time do the doors open?
A: We typically open our doors and box office one hour prior to showtime.
Q: I’m unable to use my tickets. Can I return them?
A: All sales are final. If you cannot attend and would like to give your tickets to a friend or family member, they are transferrable for same-day performances. Please contact the box office to arrange this.
Q: Can I bring in food and beverages from the outside?
A: No. Please visit our concession stand for food and beverages.
Q: Are there discounts for students and seniors?
A: For certain live performances, we can extend senior, student, and early bird pricing. Watch the newsletter for all available discounts.
Q: Do I have to pay for my child if they can sit on my lap?
A: Yes. All patrons are required to have a ticket, regardless of age.
