What is your return policy for COVID-19?

Buy with confidence! If you purchase tickets for a future show that gets cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 you will always be able to get a full refund.

Where is The Palace located?

The theatre is located at 165 Main Street, right in downtown Danbury.

What is The Palace's phone number?

Our phone number is 203 794-9944. We’re usually available  from 1pm-5pm. If you get our answering machine please leave a message. WE ALWAYS RETURN OUR CALLS!

Does the theatre have a parking lot?

During our shows and events we offer free parking in our lot on Keeler Street located behind the theatre. There will be signs to indicate you’re in the right lot.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets may be purchased on our website 24 hours a day. If you prefer to buy them by telephone, please call our Box Office at 203 794-9944 from 1-5pm daily.  There may be times when our Box Office staff is assisting other customers and cannot take your call. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  On day of show, the box office will open one hour before showtime for walk up ticket sales and last minute purchases if available.

What is "Will Call"?

Will Call is the industry term for “pick up at the box office” for advance purchase sales. These tickets are available for pickup starting one hour before showtime in the lobby.

What time do the doors open?

We typically open our doors and box office one hour prior to showtime.

I'm unable to use my tickets. Can I return them?

All sales are final. If you are unable to attend and would like to give your tickets to a friend or family member they are transferrable for same day performance. Please contact the Box Office to arrange.

Can I bring in food and beverage from the outside?

No. Please visit our concession stand for food and beverages.

Are there discounts for students and seniors?

For certain live performances we are able to extend senior, student, and early bird pricing. Watch the newsletter for all available discounts!

Do I have to pay for my child if they can sit on my lap?

Yes. All patrons are required to have a ticket, regardless of age.

Are there group discounts?

We offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please contact the Box Office for more information.

Can you mail my tickets?

At this time we are unable to mail tickets. Tickets can only be picked up at Will Call.
